You may need a fresh view, an objective and robust approach to reshaping a service…
- A medium sized enterprise (£150m turnover) sought strategic advice and a plan on a service to be potentially outsourced, certainly overhauled. We started at Step 3, as the vision was clear, the current assessment complete, so and so planned the ‘what we need’ stage, and into the preparation stage. Still with a way to go the teams are now engaged, ready and want to move to owning and leading their areas of responsibility whilst already having some fun with some of the ‘for the future’ elements of step 6 and 7.
Or create the vision and advise on 3-5 year strategy
- A Board of a failing organisation (@$600m) was seeking a complete reset of its purpose, beliefs of current position – including the disagreements about the problems within the C-suite, what it needed, which services were slow burners, profitable now and no-hopers. We undertook a Director Time Out to explore the model of the Head Gardener and having walked through the concept, and understand all the steps across one day, a programme is to be commissioned for the deeper organisational development of the company using this model to help deliver a 3 – 5 year strategy.
